Job summary

KFC in Exeter is recruiting a Guest Experience Lead to warmly welcome guests, guide them through digital ordering, and keep service running smoothly. You'll greet guests, share menu knowledge, assist with kiosks and the app, speed up service, and handle complaints professionally with team support to raise the bar on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and fix issues quickly.
• Proficient with digital ordering and app/kiosk usage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a smile to make them feel valued.
• Know the menu and promos; help guests choose what suits them.
• Assist guests with kiosks and the app, showing how to order and customize.
• Keep service moving by managing crowd flow and informing guests of progress.
• Handle complaints calmly and involve a supervisor if needed.
