KFC is seeking a GUEST EXPERIENCE LEAD in Preston to greet guests with energy, guide digital ordering, and keep service running smoothly. • You don’t freeze when stuff goes wrong — you fix it.
• Proficient with digital ordering and kiosks; comfortable guiding guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome first, always—greet guests with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out and help guests choose the right option.
• Make tech feel easy for using kiosks or the app.
• Keep things moving, reduce wait times, and update guests on progress.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate when needed.
