Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in the United Kingdom is hiring a Guest Experience Lead. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, assists with digital ordering, and helps keep service running smoothly. You’ll spot and solve issues on the fly, support the team, and raise the bar for great hospitality every day.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication—friendly, clear and confident with guests.
• Ability to think and act quickly when things go wrong.
• Tech savvy with kiosks and mobile/digital ordering and guides for guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with energy and a smile to make them feel valued.
• Know the menu and promos to help guests choose confidently.
• Assist guests with kiosks or the app and show how to order with ease.
• Keep things moving, monitor crowd flow and communicate order progress to guests.
• Handle complaints calmly, fix what you can, and involve leadership when needed.
