Job summary

KFC is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in the United Kingdom. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests, guiding them through digital orders, and helping the team maintain smooth service. You’ll spot and solve issues on the fly, supporting the Team Leader to raise the bar for guest experience.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, think fast under pressure, and are tech-savvy with familiarity of kiosks and the app. A customer-first mindset and willingness to be themselves are valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome first, always. Greet every guest with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out and help guests choose items and promos.
• Make tech feel easy by guiding guests on the app or kiosks.
• Keep it moving by managing crowd flow and keeping guests informed about order status.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate to leadership when needed.
