Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a smile, making them feel valued from entry.
• Know the menu inside out and assist guests with recommendations and promos.
• Help guests use kiosks or the app smoothly and accurately.
• Keep food service flowing by monitoring queues and communicating wait times.
• Handle complaints professionally and involve a team leader when needed.
