Job summary

KFC High Wycombe - Wycombe Retail Park is hiring a Guest Experience Lead to welcome guests, answer questions, and keep digital ordering smooth. You’ll be the friendly face, resolve issues on the fly, and support the team to raise service standards.

In this role you’ll help guests navigate kiosks and the app, maintain pace during busy periods, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace where you can grow into leadership opportunities while being yourself.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and calmly.
• Comfort with digital ordering systems and kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu and promos to assist guests.
• Help guests use kiosks or the app for ordering.
• Keep things moving and reduce wait times.
• Handle complaints by escalating to team leader when needed.
