Job summary

KFC is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to welcome guests, answer questions, and guide them through digital ordering. You’ll keep service moving, spot problems, and support the team to raise the bar on guest satisfaction.

In Barnsley, you’ll lead by example, learn the menus, assist guests with kiosks and the app, and handle issues with calm, friendly professionalism while delivering the brand promise of real, genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and fix issues on the fly.
• Comfort with digital ordering and kiosks.
