Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and genuine warmth.
• Know the menu to answer questions and recommend options.
• Assist guests with kiosks and the app ordering process.
• Keep queues moving and update guests on order status.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate when needed.
