CBRE is hiring a Senior Receptionist to serve as the face, voice, and operational anchor of our workplace experience. You will lead a high-visibility front-of-house, delivering luxury service and proactive floor leadership.

You’ll run daily team huddles, coach staff, welcome clients and candidates, maintain pristine reception and meeting spaces, and coordinate with vendors while upholding security and access controls.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years delivering exceptional service across luxury hotels, high-end retail, corporate headquarters, or tech environments.
• A natural mentor who communicates clearly, handles high-pressure moments with poise, and elevates team morale.

Responsibilities

• Run daily team huddles, build smart rotas, and coach junior team members to deliver unforgettable guest journeys.
• Deliver a tailored, world-class welcome to every client, VIP, and candidate walking through our doors.
• Keep our front-of-house, meeting suites, and executive areas in pristine, brand-aligned condition.
• Tackle day-to-day operational hiccups and vendor coordination with confidence and autonomy.
• Oversee seamless access control and keep security standards locked down.
