Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Visitors: Greet clients, applicants, and visitors, issue visitor and parking passes, and apply security protocols so every guest feels expected.
• Meetings & Hospitality: Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including room setup, catering orders, and equipment, so meetings start on time.
• Mail & Office Coordination: Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight, and arrange messenger service.
