Job summary

KFC Plymouth is looking for a Guest Experience Lead to be the friendly face that welcomes guests, answers questions, and keeps operations moving smoothly. You’ll help guests with digital orders, kiosks and the app, and you’ll spot issues and resolve them on the fly while supporting your team.

This role is about delivering great service, mentoring colleagues, and raising the bar on guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems on the fly.
• Comfort with using kiosks and mobile ordering apps.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a genuine smile.
• Answer questions, describe menu items, and promote promos.
• Assist guests with kiosks and the app for smooth ordering.
• Keep things moving, manage wait times, and inform guests of status.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
