Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in the United Kingdom to warmly welcome guests, guide them through digital ordering, and keep service moving smoothly. You’ll spot issues, assist teammates, and help raise the bar for everyday hospitality.

You’ll use strong communication and tech savvy to help guests enjoy a quick, friendly experience, contributing to a fun, inclusive team culture at KFC across the UK.

Qualifications

• Think fast and stay calm when things go wrong.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with digital ordering and apps.

Responsibilities

• Welcome first, always. Greet every guest with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out and help guests pick what’s right for them.
• Make tech feel easy by guiding guests on kiosks or the app.
• Keep it moving by reducing wait times and updating guests on order progress.
• Handle complaints professionally and involve the Team Leader or GM when needed.
