Job summary

KFC Scotland is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to be the friendly face that makes guests feel welcome, answer questions, and help with digital orders so service stays fast. You’ll spot issues, support the team, and raise the bar for great service every day.

Core duties include greeting guests with energy, knowing the menu, guiding guests through kiosks and the app, keeping lines moving, and handling complaints with calm professionalism. If you’re willing to be yourself, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Great communication – friendly, clear and confident with guests.
• Ability to stay calm and fix issues quickly when things go wrong.
• Comfort with digital ordering and guiding guests on kiosks and the app.

Responsibilities

• Know the menu inside out, answer questions and highlight promos.
• Make tech easy: assist guests with kiosks and the app for seamless ordering.
• Keep it moving: manage flow, reduce wait times, and update guests on status.
