KFC Belfast is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to welcome guests, answer questions, and help with digital orders so service runs smoothly and guests feel valued from the moment they walk in.

You’ll be the friendly face, spot and solve problems on the fly, support the team, manage kiosks and the app, and help raise the bar for great service every day.

• Ability to think fast and adapt to issues.
• Comfort using kiosks and the app for ordering.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and make them feel valued from entry.
• Know the menu inside out and help guests choose meals.
• Assist guests with kiosks and the app, showing how to order.
• Keep things moving, monitor crowds, and reduce wait times.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate when needed.
