Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to be the welcoming face for guests, guiding them through digital ordering and ensuring smooth service. You’ll support the team, answer questions about the menu, and help guests order with confidence.

In this role you’ll stay proactive, manage crowd flow, resolve issues on the fly, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-centric environment that reflects the brand’s values and real, personal service.

Qualifications

• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues on the spot.
• Tech-savvy with digital ordering systems and app usage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a smile, making them feel valued from entry.
• Know the menu inside out to answer questions and highlight promos.
• Assist guests with kiosks and the app to place orders smoothly.
• Keep wait times low by monitoring crowds and informing guests of order status.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate to leadership when needed.
