Job summary

KFC is looking for a Guest Experience Lead in Poole to warmly welcome guests, assist with digital ordering, and help keep service smooth. You’ll spot and solve issues on the fly and support the team to raise the bar for great guest experiences.

You’ll be the friendly face guiding guests through kiosks and the app, ensuring quick, accurate orders and a positive atmosphere. This role focuses on customer care, teamwork, and owning the guest journey from entrance to exit.

• Great communication — friendly, clear, and confident with everyone.
• You don’t freeze when stuff goes wrong — you fix it.
• You know your way around digital ordering and can show guests how it works without stress.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests first, always; greet with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out; answer questions and highlight promos.
• Make tech easy: help guests use kiosks or the app and show custom orders.
• Keep it moving: manage wait times and keep guests updated on their order.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate when needed.
