Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a smile, making them feel valued from entry.
• Know the menu inside out to answer questions and highlight promos.
• Assist guests with kiosks and the app, showing how to customize orders confidently.
• Keep service moving by monitoring queues and updating guests on order status.
• Handle complaints professionally and involve a supervisor when needed.
