Village Hotels is seeking an energetic Reception Host to be the face of the property. You will guide guests to self-check-in terminals, provide a warm welcome, and help with any quick issues during their stay.

Previous hotel experience is helpful but not mandatory; attitude, energy, and genuine guest interaction are valued. Training and opportunities for growth are provided, with a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Owning the lobby and guiding guests to self-check-in terminals with a warm, helpful presence.
• The Problem Solving: Turn complaints into wins, resolving issues on the spot with empathy and calm.
• The Commercial Hustle: Upsell Food & Beverage, meetings, and events to guests during their stay.
• The Operations: Maintain front-of-house standards, handle cash securely, and stay updated with briefings.
