Job summary

Village Hotel is seeking an energetic Reception Host to be the absolute face of the lobby. Guests use self-check-in terminals, so you’ll be out on the floor, greeting guests warmly and solving small issues before they escalate.

You’ll learn the booking system, handle welcome, problem solving, upsell food & beverage, maintain front of house, and participate in briefings. We value personality, energy, and a willingness to grow within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Owning the lobby with a warm, confident greeting and guiding guests to self-check-in terminals.
• The Problem Solving: Handle complaints calmly on the spot to prevent escalation.
• The Commercial Hustle: Upsell Food & Beverage, meetings, and events to guests.
• The Operations: Keep front of house clean and well-stocked; participate in briefings and ensure security of cash handling.
