Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and support across reception, F&B, and events at our UK hotel. You’ll receive full training across guest-facing areas and be part of a friendly, service-driven team.

You’ll build relationships with guests, maintain high standards, and help the hotel meet brand goals while enjoying development opportunities and flexible support from the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is welcome but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork are required.
• A proactive approach to noticing and completing tasks.
• Comfortable using MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check-in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Represent our values and culture, delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
