Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome every guest and ensure outstanding hospitality. You’ll train across reception, F&B, and events, gaining experience in all guest-facing areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check-in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals with outstanding service.
