Job summary

Kew Green Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to provide outstanding service across reception, food and beverage, and events. You’ll be trained to work across all guest-facing areas and play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Joining a supportive team, you will have opportunities to develop within our hospitality programme. This role offers on-site work with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check-in/out, food and drink service, conference setups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach to individuals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service each shift.
• Represent our values and culture with guest experience at the center of everything you do.
