Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and support across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events. You will receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas, gaining a solid start in hospitality.

You may be involved in check-in/check-out, food and beverage service, and banqueting, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and team collaboration. Includes career development opportunities and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Support brand standards and hotel goals during each shift.
• Represent the hotel values and culture, focusing on guest experience.
