Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our entertainment centre in Leeds. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries and spot sales opportunities while hosting events and serving food and drinks.

You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke and children’s parties, ensuring the centre runs smoothly. We value a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented team player who stays flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries and identifying sales opportunities.
• Host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms, karaoke, and children’s parties.
• Be efficient, proactive, friendly and confident in all customer interactions.
