Job summary

Tenpin – Manchester Printworks is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver excellent guest experiences across reception bookings, enquiries, events, and food & drink service. You will help run Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke, and birthday parties, maintaining a welcoming, organized centre with a strong emphasis on friendly interaction.

We welcome applicants aged 16 and over and expect energy, confidence, and a proactive, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
