Job summary

Tenpin Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience across activities such as Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms. You’ll manage bookings, take enquiries and help drive sales in a fun, fast-paced environment.

The role involves serving food and drinks, keeping the centre clean, and hosting events for families and groups. You’ll be friendly, motivated and able to work evenings and weekends as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer customer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms to karaoke rooms.
• Host children's parties and ensure smooth operations throughout the centre.
