Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an excellent guest experience across our entertainment centre in Wales. You will manage bookings, handle enquiries and help identify sales opportunities while hosting events and serving food and drinks.

You’ll work across departments including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke, with a focus on hospitality, fun and first-class service. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "+nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Host events and games across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
