Citadines Trafalgar Square London is seeking a confident Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. Our property operates 24/7 with early, late, and night shifts; you will report to the Front Office Manager and help guests to Live, Work and Play in infinite ways.

You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage requests with a proactive mindset, and support administrative tasks while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn IT systems quickly and work with guests' needs.
• Good command of English; second language advantageous.
