Job summary

Citadines Trafalgar Square London is hiring a confident Night Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. Our property operates 24/7, with night shifts from 11pm to 7:30am.

You will report to the Front Office Manager and help deliver memorable experiences to guests visiting London. As Night Receptionist, you will greet guests, manage arrivals and departures, check reservations and payments, and ensure accurate end-of-day handovers.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest engagement skills.
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life.
• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
• Ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations.
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage departures, personalizing experiences.
• Manage night operations: check arrivals/departures, reservations, missing bookings, payments, and rate discrepancies.
• Take initiative in accommodating guests’ needs in a resourceful manner.
• Proactively develop administrative tasks, procedures, processes and standards and ensure correct practice.
• Ensure End of Day reports and night auditing sheets are completed with proper handovers to relevant parties/shifts.
