Citadines Trafalgar Square London is seeking a confident Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. Our properties operate 24/7; shifts include early (7am-3.30pm) or late (3pm-11.30pm) and occasional night shifts.

You will report to the Front Office Manager, supporting in providing our guests with unique experiences and offerings to Live, Work and Play in infinite ways. This is a role focused on exceptional guest engagement and seamless guest services.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent guest engagement skills.
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
• Ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations.

• Offering a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests, managing expectations by personalising their needs and plans.
• Taking initiative to accommodate customers’ needs in a resourceful manner.
• Pro-actively learning and developing administrative tasks, procedures, processes and standards and ensuring correct practice.
• Ensuring all shift tasks are carried out to the required standard and providing full handovers to relevant parties/shifts.
