Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Service Assistant to manage reception bookings, answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities. You will host events, serve food and drinks, and help keep the centre welcoming and running smoothly.

The role requires determination, energy and a strong customer focus with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will work across departments including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and Karaoke rooms.

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms.
• Support children's parties and ensure smooth center operations.
