Job summary

Tenpin is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks while ensuring the centre remains clean and welcoming.

You will collaborate across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Room, karaoke, and children's parties—adapting to a fast-paced, fun environment with a focus on exceptional service.
