Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is looking for a friendly Customer Service Assistant to manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, and help create a fun, safe environment across Escape Rooms, Karaoke, Laser Arena and family-friendly activities.

You will be involved in hosting events, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the centre runs smoothly. The role requires energy, a positive attitude, and willingness to work evenings and weekends to support our busy venues.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work across multiple departments and roles to keep the centre running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and inquiries.
• Host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Support various departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties.
