Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You will work across departments such as Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms, and children's parties. We value efficiency, proactivity, friendliness, and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and inquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events, serving food and drinks.
• Keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly across departments.
• Play a role in running Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and children's parties.
