Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent customer experience across reception bookings, enquiries, events, and food service in a lively family-friendly centre.

You will join a team across departments, be flexible for evenings and weekends, and help host Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke, and parties while keeping the venue clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Efficient, proactive and friendly in customer interactions with a focus on exceptional service.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and activities within the centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and parties.
• Serve food and drinks, keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
