Ty Hotel Newport, part of The Celtic Collection, invites you to be the heartbeat of our Front Office at Newport. As a Front Office Agent, you’ll greet guests and set the tone for their stay with warmth and a friendly smile.

You will handle check-ins, check-outs, and group arrivals, share local tips, and help guests make the most of their stay in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 21.5 hours weekly and £12.72 per hour plus benefits.
