Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort invites you to join its Night Front Office team in Newport. As the night-time face of the hotel, you will deliver warm, professional service, manage late check-ins, handle guest queries, and perform overnight administrative tasks to support a seamless 24/7 operation.

You will work 30 hours per week in a welcoming, safe environment, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the Celtic Collection. Benefits include discounts, pension, and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for guests during the night, delivering exceptional service.
• Welcome late arrivals and assist with overnight check-ins and early departures.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Complete nightly auditing procedures and process charges/transactions accurately.
• Prepare operational reports and overnight admin tasks for the wider resort.
• Collaborate with Security, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth overnight operation.
• Monitor public areas and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed expectations.
• Ensure overnight procedures meet company standards and handover to Day Front Office.
