Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is hiring Guest Service Assistants in Greater London. You will work across reception, restaurant, bar and events, delivering outstanding guest service and helping with check-in/out and banqueting setups.

You will build guest relationships, maintain high presentation standards, and contribute to the hotel’s brand and goals. Training is provided to kickstart your hospitality career in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and hospitality; experience not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proactive and can spot what needs doing.
• Comfortable with technology, MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Assist with check-in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and guest-focused culture in every shift.
