Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant at our Caerphilly centre to deliver a memorable experience for guests. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and ensure food and drinks are served while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will work across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms, and children's parties with a friendly, proactive approach and a commitment to exceptional service.
