Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun-filled venues across the UK. You’ll welcome guests, handle bookings, answer enquiries, and ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for families and friends.

You’ll work across departments—from hosting Laser Arena to managing birthday parties—delivering excellent service with energy, confidence and a friendly, can-do attitude. Flexible evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to karaoke rooms and children's parties, ensuring smooth operations and guest enjoyment.
• Be proactive, efficient and friendly, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
