Job summary

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun, fast-paced team. You’ll manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, and help guests enjoy exciting experiences across our centres, from bowling to Laser Arena and Escape Rooms.

You’ll be friendly, proactive and reliable, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. This role offers great on-site training and a chance to be part of a dynamic family entertainment brand across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Fully flexible including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and inquiries to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Host events and assist with activities across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and party hosting.
• Maintain clean and welcoming premises and support team across departments.
