Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) in Coventry is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an outstanding guest experience. You’ll manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks while ensuring the centre remains clean, welcoming, and smoothly run.

You’ll work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children’s parties.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities, host events and serve food and drinks while keeping the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms, including children's parties.
