Job summary

Tenpin is hiring for a Customer Service Assistant to join our energetic team. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and serve food and drinks while keeping the centre clean and welcoming.

You’ll collaborate across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and children’s party events, ensuring smooth operation and memorable experiences. We welcome applicants aged 16 and over, with a focus on enthusiastic, customer‑driven individuals who can work flexible evenings and

Qualifications

• Must be determined, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean and running smoothly.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and children's parties, ensuring activities run smoothly and safely.
• Maintain friendly, proactive interactions and prioritise exceptional service every day.
