Job summary

Premier Inn Watford Central is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help guests during busy periods and ensure the reception, restaurant and public areas stay welcoming.

No hotel experience is required, but a friendly, calm approach and willingness to learn are valued. The role offers a permanent contract, 18 hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends and opportunities for training and career

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
