Job summary

Premier Inn Taunton Central is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast and dinner service. You will play a key role in ensuring guests have a smooth stay and feel looked after from arrival to departure.

Shifts vary and you’ll work across reception, restaurant and public areas. No prior hotel experience is required; training is provided on day one, with permanent contract and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• No two shifts are the same; role includes reception, breakfast and meals.
• Permanent contract; no zero-hours contracts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean.
• Support teammates when busy.
