Job summary

Premier Inn in Leek Town Centre is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast and dinner service. You’ll work across reception, restaurant and public areas to keep everything running smoothly and ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.

No two shifts are the same; you may check in a family, suggest local eateries, or resolve guest questions while staying calm under pressure and helping your teammates during busy

Qualifications

No hotel experience required; candidates from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service welcome.
If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and help them check in
Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
Answer questions and help solve problems
Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
