Premier Inn in Ware is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner services to keep the stay smooth. Shifts include evenings and weekends with 20 guaranteed hours per week in a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
