Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at Premier Inn Slough West (Slough Trading Estate). The role offers 25 guaranteed hours per week and a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help ensure a smooth stay with breakfast and meals throughout shifts.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, customer-focused individuals who stay calm in busy periods will be trained in the rest of the duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
