Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep the public areas welcoming. Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; suitable for people from retail, cafés, pubs and customer service.
• Friendly, helpful disposition and ability to stay calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and inviting.
• Support teammates and keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
