Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member in the Kings Lynn area. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service while maintaining a welcoming lobby and dining area.

There is no requirement for hotel experience; if you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when busy, we’ll teach you the rest. Permanent contract with structured training and progression.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude that shows in guest interactions.
• Calm under pressure during busy periods.
• Willing to learn on the job and follow hotel processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar work and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
